Refund Policy for Recorded Courses
🔹 No Refunds: Once a recorded course is purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Why?
Since recorded courses provide immediate access to learning materials, we encourage users to review course descriptions, previews, and instructor details before purchasing.
Refund Policy for Live Courses
🔹 Eligibility for Refund:
- A 40% refund is available only if requested before the first live class begins.
- Once the first session starts, no refunds will be provided unless the course is canceled by Elitepross Inc.
🔹 How to Request a Refund:
- Send an email to support@elitepross.com with your course details and reason for the refund request.
🔹 Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refund Policy for Job Posting Services
🔹 Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of submission and before the job post goes live.
🔹 Non-Refundable Conditions:
- If the job post is already live, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will not be given for incomplete or inaccurate job postings submitted by clients.
🔹 Amendment Instead of Refund:
- Clients can request one free revision of a published job post instead of a refund.
🔹 How to Request a Refund or Amendment:
- Contact support@elitepross.com with your job posting ID and details.
🔹 Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
